Vice President (Healthcare)
Matthew is a UK Registered Architect, Vice President, (Healthcare) at Surbana Jurong, Singapore, with 30 years of international architectural project experience in the UK, Europe, M.E. and S.E. Asia of which, 18 years have been devoted to healthcare. He has worked with major international Healthcare architectural firms where he gained broad experience of hospital planning, sustainable design, and project and design management.
His is involved in feasibility, master planning and concepts through to completion on site and has managed large complex projects whilst delivering some earlier pioneering projects in BIM. He has been an Infrastructure Subject Matter Expert for the UK Department of Health for procurement of Diagnostic and Elective Services from the private sector and health infrastructure advisor to an NGO in Cambodia. He has presented “Designing for Better Outcomes at Lower Costs” in Jakarta, “BIM” in Singapore and “High rise housing for adults with autism” in London.
